Move existing subscriptions to SubscriptionSuite without starting from scratch. Merchants can migrate subscriptions from Shopify Subscriptions, Recharge, or CSV files, with additional migration sources planned.

Get a clear view of subscription performance with key metrics such as MRR, active subscriptions, new subscriptions, revenue, AOV, cancellations, and failed charges, along with revenue and subscription trends.

Give customers control over their subscriptions after purchase. Merchants can choose which actions customers can access, including pausing, resuming, skipping deliveries, changing frequency, swapping products, updating their shipping address, and cancelling.

Merchants have full control over what happens when a subscription payment fails. Set how long to wait between retry attempts and decide what action should happen after each failed payment.

SubscriptionSuite checks inventory before upcoming renewals and alerts merchants when a product may not have enough stock. By default, the check happens 3 days before renewal and alerts when committed demand reaches 90% of available stock. Both settings can be changed.

Create subscription plans with different billing frequencies, discounts, prepaid options, free trials, and other flexible settings to fit different subscription models.

Let customers build their own subscription box by choosing from a set of products. Merchants can control minimum and maximum selections, preselected products, discounts, delivery frequencies, and customize the entire box experience.
